Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. You'll explore how to recognise and challenge thought patterns, beliefs, and actions which are contributing to, or maintaining your symptoms.​

By combining mindfulness with CBT, I will help you to bring focus into the present using tools and techniques to help reduce tension, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system to increase the feeling of calm by countering your bodies fight or flight response.
